The Peiyu High-speed Hob Sleeve Labeling Machine represents the most advanced sleeve labeling technology, featuring zero burr hob cutting for superior performance. This innovative machine can package up to 58,000 containers per hour with just one unit.
Unlike traditional machines, our design eliminates label burrs by using a cutter disc-free system. The unique drive control and continuous brush-down mechanism replace intermittent operations, enabling high-speed sleeve labeling.
The machine employs a rotary perforation tool to create micro-holes on sleeve labels, generating zero burrs and enabling continuous operation without beat pauses.
